WORK PACKAGES – Term 1, Week 10 The following Work Package has been created to assist children at home with their learning.
Book Week The Book Week dress-up parade was on Friday 20th August . The students looked fantastic and a big thank you to all the parents and carers for putting together their costumes. Home Learning In wake of the recent events, the Education Department has set up an online site called 'Learning at Home,' for those at home during these times. Resources are available across all Year Levels and many Learning Areas . You can access the site from this link here https://www.education.wa.edu.au/learning-at-home Furthermore, I encourage all children to continue to read books from home every night. Keep up with the reading; as much as possible. It is so important. Please also log into Studyladder – https://www.studyladder.com.au/ . This website has a variety of Literacy and Numeracy activities that are linked to what we have been learning this Term in Room 28. The student’s passwords will be posted on the emailed to each parent as well as glued into the side of their Practice Time book, if they have been at school. Check in regularly at the WGPS blog and Room 28’s blog as we are currently investigating some other useful sites and resources for home learning....
